The Youth Cultural Center Tetovo was founded by decision of the Council of the Municipality of Tetovo on 30.12.2025, to carry out cultural activity as a matter of public interest and on a non-profit basis. Its core task and purpose is to promote culture and the cultural values of young people.
The need to establish the institution stems from the priorities of the Municipality of Tetovo — supporting young people, developing culture, encouraging creativity, and creating space for non-formal education, cultural expression and social inclusion.

For Tetovo to have a modern, functional center — the main municipal space where culture, youth, heritage, innovation and intercultural dialogue come together.
